We're excited to have you join us for our 2nd Annual Halloween Photo Fundraiser, benefitting CASA of Denton County!
DATE: Friday, Oct 30th 9:00-11:00 am and 4:00 pm-6:00 pm
Participation fees are non-refundable. Each child photographed will receive ONE digital social media image via email within 24 hours of the event and ONE 5x7 print to be shipped to your home within one week.
Each participant must be in costume. Participants can be photographed individually or as a group of 2-3.
Regardless of the number of participants you are booking (whether 1, 2, or 3), just select ONE appointment time. Each appointment time is 5 minutes each so Brittanie can easily photograph 1-3 people in each segment.
Whether you choose to have your kids photographed together as a group or individually, you will receive as many 5x7s as there are participants. So 3 kids in a group together = 3-5x7s of the group shot image. 3 kids solo = 3 5x7s total, one of each kid solo.
Each package simply represents a different number of participants from 1 to 3.
As always, Brittanie will pick the best image of each kid (or group) and that will be printed as your 5x7/s and will be used for your social media file/s. (Note: there is NO gallery of images you choose from.)
This year's protocols:
• All bookings will be spread out every 5 minutes, with no family being photographed for more than 5 minutes.
• Remember, this event is for fun and to support a good cause! If we run behind, please be patient, we will ensure the best experience possible while we are all working to raise money for a great cause.
